Hi! My name is Victoria Ybarra, and I am a proud CCISD Elementary Math Specialist. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my Masters degree in Education Administration. I believe the effective use of technology in the classroom increases student engagement, facilitates collaborative learning, creates new learning opportunities for all students, and enhances the delivery of instruction.
